Returns and Refunds

We are happy to accept items for return, after prior approval, in any of the following cases:
1. The product was found to be damaged or faulty. We will either replace the product or give you a full refund (including postage costs). Please state which option you'd prefer. If you require a replacement, we will wait to receive the faulty product from you before dispatching a new one.
2. The product was incorrectly supplied. If we have made a mistake in fulfilling your order, a full refund (including postage costs) will of course be given.

Please do not return goods before receiving authorisation as refunds will not be given.

WarehouseEquipment.co.uk is a b2b website and the consumer statutory rights or Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) do not apply.
